To secure a reservation within the room block, a deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required, and the

remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival. There are no automatic payments for the booking. A minimum of three nights is required to secure a room within the room block. Flights are not included with hotel reservations.

When paying through the link provided the hotel will send an email confirmation as soon as the booking is made. This confirmation provides important details, such as the chosen room, the initial deposit, and the outstanding balance. Recipients are encouraged to use this confirmation email for any additional payments required.

All reservations must present a Credit Card at Check-in for the hotel to hold a security deposit (cash deposits are not accepted). The required

security deposit is US$100 per room, per night, with a maximum of US$300 per reservation. This deposit

will be used to cover any additional services and incidentals during your stay. The unused amount of the

deposit will be released upon check-out.
